Overview

Part of this experience takes you to natural lake formed by a volcano and one of Dominica’s most beautiful water falls.

DAY 1
Welcome to Dominica
- Arrive to your destination
- Meet your tour manager
Upon arrival of the port or airport, look out for our representative who will be there to welcome you with an R.T.V.S sign outside the terminal. After you’ve been welcomed to the island, you’ll board a vehicle and will be transferred to your accommodation.
There after you will check into the accommodation and enjoy a welcome drink. During that time you will get to meet your tour manager and become aware of your surrounding and the expectations of your visit. Depending on the time you’ve arrived and the hotel of choice you may take a stroll to the nearby localities or relax before dinner.
Enjoy your welcome dinner at the hotel.
DAY 2

Set off on a tour like no other. You will disembark from the starting point and travel to the core of the island. On this journey, you will encounter a variety of lush vegetation in the tropical rainforest. Upon arrival in the Kalinago Territory, you will explore the culture of the KALINAGO people. There an experienced KALINAGO guide will explain the history of the KALINAGO people after which you get to visit the site called L’Escalier Tete Chien.
The tour journeys on to a traditional herbalist dislaying and explaining which herbs are used in food and as medication. You then move on to learn of different ways of craft making (baskets, bracelets etc..). Lunch will be served by the KALINAGO people. After having a mouth watering lunch you will learn how they the Kalinagos make the famous cassava bread commonly known as Bang Bang.The final part of this tour allows you to meet with a KALINAGO cultural icon and to also enjoy a treat from their cultural heritage dance group.

This day allows you to be flexible. Spend the day in whatever way suits you best. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to explore the area around you, you can book a personal tour and have our experienced guide take you to attractions that you want to visit. But if you’d prefer to relax and take it easy, you can choose to just stay at your accommodation, unwind, and enjoy the amenities that are available to you. Whatever you decide, we want you to have a fantastic stay and make the most of your time here.
Day 4
Tropical flavor

The day starts by first visiting the Freshwater lake. The Freshwater Lake is the largest of Dominica’s four lakes. It is located just over 2,500 ft above sea level. The lake has been dammed to provide water to generate electricity.
A hike along the Freshwater Lake Trail provides an opportunity to observe Dominica’s higher forests. The montane forest, which can be recognized by its short, thin trees and open canopy, covers the majority of the area surrounding the lake.
On the way back you may get the opportunity to taste some seasonal fruits. The journey then takes you on a 10 min drive to the starting point of the hike to one of Dominica’s waterfalls (Middleham Falls). The Middleham Falls is a 60 meter (200 feet) high waterfall in the Morne Trois Pitons National Park.
It is the highest waterfall on the island and one of the tallest in the Caribbean. To reach the waterfall, you walk the trail through tropical rainforest, with several intermediate climbs and descents. The total hike takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours. On this tour you get the opportunity to have lunch at a local restaurant. After eating, you get to visit the capital city Roseau and learn of its history.

At this time we bid you farewell and safe travels on your future journeys. It is required that you be present at the port or airport 2 hours before departure. We will make necessary arrangements for the tranfer so that you are on time.
